And I am posting it here as a reminder that what the Democrats say and do depends entirely on their political agendas, not on what is real, or what is good for this country, never mind the rest of the world.

Tom: I'm not so sure it's the Dem politicians, but the American electorate, that has such a tiny memory. How many people do you know who can recite the batting stats of a team that played twenty years ago? But they cannot remember who McGovern's first running mate was, nor that he had a second running mate. Who could tell you Nixon's running mate in 1960? Or Barry Goldwater's? We are more familiar with Sports history and trivia than in History itself, much less electoral history and the fables that run from the mouths of politicians.
