Remember Them; Miss Them; Thank Them

"You never realize how much your mother loves you
till you explore the attic - and find every letter you ever sent her,
every finger painting, clay pot, bead necklace, Easter chicken,
cardboard Santa Claus, paperlace Mother's Day card
and school report since day one."
~ Pam Brown

At Defiant Infidel, a blog I don't visit as often as I should, I found the following YouTube video. It consists of music, images, and some poignant words. Watch it. It is only five and a half minutes long. Do it for the men and women in Harm's Way. Go tell DI that you saw it, and send it on, if you can.

We do miss them, don't we?

I'm so glad you posted this, too, Benning. You are a stand up guy, but we already knew that.

You're in great company, too. Since finding this on YouTube during a rather random search and then posting it, I have also seen it posted over at Lords of Kobol and Pursuing Holiness.

I am so proud to say I know these fine folks! I think we are assembling quite an amazing little family of true Conservatives... in this world today, that is a very comforting thing.

Take good care, Sir!

There are so many tributes out there. But this one struck me as perfect at the moment.

Great minds... ;)

I posted this a couple days ago, too!

It's a Kleenex-fest! Amazing, isn't it, that this was created by a sixteen year old girl!

Created by a sixteen-year old girl who is smarter than a lot of adults out there! It's a wonderful video, Benning. I saw part of it on Fox News but they didn't show the entire thing. Thanks!

I wonder how many liberal blogs honor the troops. I don't visit liberal blogs so I don't have a clue.
