Whilst attempting to clean up my sidebar I managed to get my blogrolls, links, and many other things to float all over the page. Don't ask me how. I don't know. My knowledge of HTML is limited to the old style of HTML. CSS and other things are a tad beyond me. So for a day or two you may have noticed a lot of odd placements for images and blogrolls.
I may solved that problem, at least for now. The blogrolls are at the bottom of the main page now. If I can figure out how to put them where I want them, well, they may be back in the sidebar. Eventually.
I moved a lot of my image links to the bottom of the page, too. They just make the page look cluttered. But I like them and I don't want to get rid of them. So, if you like them, too, just hit the "end" button on your keyboard and you will see them.
For now, I'm done. More clean-up to come! Oy!

I had that problem on the 2996.blogspot site ..... If I'm not mistaken (please check with a wiser person than moi), I re-installed the template AFTER copying EVERYTHING in the original template and sidebar, etc.

You may need to just switch templates... I think the one you're using is hard to customize, isn't it?
Oh, well... Good luck! You were a HUGE help to me with customizing mine, which is good, 'cause I have to keep the swearing and desk pounding to a dull roar, lest the kiddies hear and imitate!
No, Scribe is not the easiest template. But I like the overall look of it. So I'll keep working on it and figuring it out. LOL
Yeah, the desk-pounding can be a nice release, but the screaming and moaning can be misinterpreted. heheheee!

Hate to say this, but I always save a copy of the current template before dinking around with it to make "improvements." I also tend to drop the template in a temporary blog just to check that there isn't a goof.

Yeah, benning, I feel your pain! I've done that housecleaning a couple of times and always manage to screw things up. I'm pretty happy with mine right now, but I have had people ask if I could make the font bigger. Alas, unlike blogsnot, I have no control on the font size.

The blogroll appears at the bottom of the page after the posts, at least with Firefox. Much cleaner, though. Very nice.
Yep! I'm using Firefox and the blogroll is at the bottom of the page after the posts. You'll get it straightened out, I'm sure.
I hear you. Every couple of months or so my blog undergoes some trauma.
Computer wise, I must be hopeless. I never knew that hitting the "end" button on my keyboard gets me to the bottom of the page I am viewing. Thanks for the tip.
